I get to leave work early today to pick Madison up from school. Yay! I get to spend time with two of my favorite people - Madison and Mary! Hurray! (I am pathetic....)
Mary - on tv - is on at 4 pm, my favorite time to sit and have a latte. Watching Mary on tape or DVD is good, but not the same. Finding it on tv is like getting a little gift, like finding your favorite movie on tv late at night even though you own the DVD! Admit it - you watch it, commercials and all!
Ok, I don't really build my schedule around when Mary is on tv (although in university I wouldn't go out on Saturday nights til after Mary - she usually was the better date, anyway). And I traveled (still do) and work a normal work day (no Mary-breaks), so I'm not a complete crackpot. And I cook, clean, help with homework when I'm home, even if Mary is on. But I like to have her keep me company. Keeps me calm as I cook, clean, help with homework (that's getting pretty difficult!). And, most importantly, I do NOT get up at 4 am, the other time Mary is on. I'm not crazy.
